If you are unable to attend this year’s Spring Fling, we will certainly miss you. But np need to miss out on all the great items in our silent and Live Auctions.
Please place a bid on any item in this year’s auctions by submitting an absentee bid. The form was sent home with all students in the Wednesday mailing (April 16) Absentee bids must be on that form and delivered to the school office no later than 3:00pm on Friday April 18. If it’s more convenient, you can fax them to 513-475-6755.
Your bid must be accompanied by cash, credit card or check for the full amount. If you are the successful high bidder, the item is sold to you. If you are not (we hate to even think this way but…) your card will not be charged or your check cashed.
As the winner, you will be responsible for picking up the item at Mercy Montessori. If another bidder outbids you, your cash or check will be refunded in full. Absentee bids will be recorded on the bid sheets prior to the auction on April 19th, 2008.
There is no guarantee of purchase on the items in the auction, as Mercy guests have the opportunity to continue the bidding on the night. However, the more generous your bid, the better your chance of wining your heart’s desire.
Purchasers of items through absentee bids will be notified by phone or email on April 21st, 2008.
All sales are final, and there will be no refunds, as absentee bids are binding.
In the event of identical absentee bids, the first received will have priority.
